Cumberland House RCMP investigating pedestrian collision
The Cumberland House RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance in gathering information about a collision that resulted in a pedestrian being seriously injured on Nov. 19.
Around 8:00 p.m., the RCMP were called to help an injured individual on Cumberland House Cree Nation. When police arrived, they found and tended to a man laying near a roadway. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Further investigation determined that the victim had been struck by a vehicle, and the vehicle did not remain at the scene.
