Two arrested in separate incidents during final day of Prince Albert Exhibition
Prince Albert Police have arrested a 24-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy in separate incidents during the final hour of the Prince Albert Exhibition on Sunday.
Police said they were called to the first incident at around 11 p.m. for a hit-and-run on 10th Avenue East near the entrance to the exhibition grounds.
Upon arrival, officers located a nine-year-old boy lying on the ground. He was quickly tended to by Parkland Ambulance and taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The vehicle involved fled the scene and was later spotted by officers in the 100 block of River Street West, where they conducted a traffic stop, and the driver was arrested without further incident.
