Prince Albert teen wins multiple medals at international swim meet
Prince Albert’s Ali Diehl continues to create some big waves in the pool.
The 16-year-old recently competed at the 2025 World Para Swimming Championship Series event in Indianapolis, and is returning home with a number of medals including gold (100m Breaststroke), silver (200m Individual Medley), bronze (Breaststroke Women’s Open); and bronze (50m Freestyle).
She also won overall bronze and was competing against the top athletes from over 23 countries.
“I’m honestly just really grateful and really surprised. I went into the meet not thinking I was gonna medal or do as good as I did last year, but little did I know I was gonna medal even better, so it’s really kind of surreal,” she told paNOW.
