Confirm Vaccination Status – Measles, Mumps, Polio, Chickenpox or Whooping Cough

Mar 29, 2025 | 10:01 AM

Looking to confirm your vaccination status for immunizations such as measles, mumps, polio, chickenpox or whooping cough?

– Register or log onto MySaskHealthRecord (http://www.ehealthsask.ca/…/MySaskHe…/Pages/default.aspx) and look for your vaccination records. It may not show your complete vaccination record, but please check.

Full vaccination for measles includes two doses of the measles vaccine after one year of age, for most people born after 1970.

– If viewing on MySaskHealthRecord is not an option, contact a Public Health office.

Connect with the office located where you would have received your immunizations. (If you grew up in Moose Jaw but live now in Weyburn, the Moose Jaw office will have childhood records.)

There may be a small fee to print your records. Saskatchewan Public Health office contact info here: http://www.saskatchewan.ca/…/publ…/public-health-offices.

Note: Individuals born prior to 1957 do not require further doses of the measles vaccine, also called the Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) vaccine, as they were likely in contact with the virus in their youth.

Individuals born between 1957 and 1969 should receive one dose of a MMR vaccine.
