Arson suspected for both house fires on 15th St. W.

The Prince Albert Police Service is confirming two house fires on 15th St. W. are suspicious in nature and as such are being investigated as arson.
The first fire was on Jan. 31. The house in the 200 block was empty and when fire crews arrived, was already burning on multiple floors. This forced the firefighters back outside and limited them to an exterior attack.
The following week, a house in the 300 block was charred by fire.
