P.A. Police seek help finding 67-year-old man

Prince Albert Police advise a missing 67-year-old man may be in a vulnerable state.

Horace Umpherville was last seen on Nov. 24 in the 900 block of Exhibition Drive.

He is described as 5’10” and approximately 190 pounds. Horace is known to frequent the downtown and Cornerstone areas.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Horace Umpherville is asked to contact police or 9-1-1.
