No change to Birch Hills council after recount

For the recount of the councillor ballots, there was one spoiled ballot which had seven votes on it. That was the only error in the recount however the difference between Lindsay and the next candidate remains at 18.

According to the town’s initial Facebook Post, Stewart Adams received 213 votes and was elected mayor while John Herd received 127 votes.

The election results for the six councillor positions were as follows:
