Friday crash kills one west of Prince Albert

A portion of Highway 3 west of Prince Albert was rerouted on Friday following a fatal crash between an SUV and a truck.
Prince Albert RCMP say they were called to the scene at around 11 p.m. for a two-vehicle collision, roughly 15 kms west of Prince Albert.
The passenger of the SUV, identified as a 61-year-old man from the Rosthern area, was pronounced dead at the scene. Meanwhile, the female driver of the SUV along with the male driver, and sole occupant, of the truck were taken to hospital with unspecified injuries.
Local fire and EMS also responded to the scene.
