Police investigate two separate car jackings near PA

Less than an hour apart, two different people in the Prince Albert area were robbed of their vehicles at gun point.

The first incident happened Thursday at approximately 4:45 p.m.

,Prince Albert RCMP received a report of a robbery in the RM of Garden River.

The victim had stopped to assist a stranded motorist, and was then threatened with a firearm.

Just over an hour later, Prince Albert Police Service received a report of an armed robbery near Little Red River Park.

Their investigation determined two individuals were threatened with a firearm and assaulted, then their vehicle was stolen.

The suspects are described as three males and one female.

One male was wearing a red shirt and had many tattoos.

Another male was wearing a dark-colored hoodie.

They left driving a red 2005 Dodge Dakota pick-up truck with Saskatchewan license 529 ISI or a black 2013 Kia Sportage SUV with Saskatchewan license 803 MKY.

Police cautioned that if you see these vehicles or suspects, do not approach them.

The suspects should be considered armed and dangerous.
