Man found deceased in La Ronge home

The death of a man found inside a home in the Bell’s Point area of Lac La Ronge on Thursday is considered suspicious, according to RCMP.

Police were called to the home at around noon to a report of a body inside. RCMP Major Crimes along with the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service secured the scene for further investigation.

The victim has been identified and his family is still being notified. No additional details are being shared at this time.

RCMP are now asking anyone who may have witnessed suspicious activity in the Bell’s Point area between October 7 and October 10, to contact them.
