P.A. Police investigating early Saturday morning death

Prince Albert Police are investigating a man’s death after they received a report of an injured person.

Officers were called to a home in the 300 Block of 15th Street West just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday, where they found an injured 41-year-old man.

Police, alongside Parkland Ambulance, performed life-saving measures on the man before he was taken to Victoria Hospital where he later died.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday in Saskatoon.

Further information will be provided as it becomes available. The Prince Albert Police Service Criminal Investigations Division and Forensic Identification Unit continue to investigate.
