Man rushed to hospital after getting struck by vehicle near casino

A 38 year old man is in hospital, after an incident that occurred late Friday night near the Northern Lights Casino.

Shortly before 11pm, Prince Albert Police Service, Prince Albert Fire Department, and Parkland Ambulance responded to the 100 block of Marquis road west for a collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.

The 38 year old man was initially transported to Victoria Hospital and later airlifted to Saskatoon via Stars.

The Prince Albert Police Service, with assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist continue to investigate.

Anyone with information or video recordings from the 100 block of Marquis road west are asked to contact police at 306-953-4222.
