City now accepting applicants for election workers

The City of Prince Albert is now hiring workers for the upcoming municipal/in-city school boards election.
To be eligible for the job, applicants must be at least 18 years of age and must be able to attend paid training courses.
Wages vary between $15.50 – $20.50 depending on the position, which includes supervisors, deputy returning officers and poll clerks. Worker’s duties would include setting up, opening, working the poll station, closing, and the final clean-up of stations on election day.
The 2024 Election is set for Wednesday, November 13, 2024, with advance polls taking place on November 1, 2, 8 and 9.
