The third annual Candle Lake Fun Run will be held on September 14 and we are over 80% sold out.

We are extremely pleased to have partnered with the Candle Lake Golf Resort as the scenic location of the Fun Run.

Not only will the event bring runners from all over the province, it will be promoted locally as a family event with activities for children with a Cargill Kidz Zone, Rockin’ with RockRidge homes tent with live music from Einsteins of nine and food trucks.

We are projecting 550 participants once again this year.

We are fortunate to have many sponsors that have stepped forth to help us get started.

Candle Lake Fun Run Inc. is a not-for-profit organization that is excited to bring a 5km Walk/Run and 10 km Fun Run to the Resort Village of Candle Lake.

Our board is a group of volunteers who are committed to reducing the stigma of mental illness. Many of us have witnessed first-hand the pain and suffering of family and friends with depression, anxiety, as well as suicide. The goal of the Candle Lake Fun Run is to raise funds for programs and projects in Saskatchewan that focus on mental health as well as give back to the Candle Lake community.
