Ontario man arrested in East Hill drug bust

A man from Ontario will make his first court appearance tomorrow after Prince Albert police seized 97 grams of cocaine and well over $8,000 in cash last month.

Officers also found a .40 Glock handgun and ammunition along with other evidence of higher-level trafficking.

Omar Isse, 24, will be in Prince Albert Provincial Court tomorrow on his first appearance on charges of trafficking, possessing the proceeds of crime over $5,000 and several gun charges.

Police began the investigation in early April and arrested Isse on May 7.

He appeared in front of a justice of the peace on May 8.
