UPDATE: RCMP said that Sakebow was found in Witchekan Lake on April 24 and will be in North Battleford Provincial Court tomorrow.
An Edmonton man charged with killing Teddy Whitehead on the Witchekan Lake First Nation last July is now being sought by Spiritwood RCMP.
Nathaniel Sakebow, age 33, was charged with manslaughter last year along with 35-year-old Chase Cardinal, both in connection with Whitehead’s death.
Spiritwood police say on April 23 they were told he had tampered with the electronic monitoring device he was wearing.
