Raiders stun Blades to open WHL Playoffs

Max Hildebrand made 41 saves Thursday night as the Prince Albert Raiders sent shock waves through the Western Hockey League as they beat the heavily favoured Saskatoon Blades 4-3 in Game 1 of their first round playoff series at SaskTel Centre.

The Raiders now lead the best-of-seven series 1-0.

Prince Albert fell behind 2-0 but rallied to score four unanswered goals, including a pair of powerplay markers.
