Serious crash closes Highway 3

Drivers are being advised to find an alternate route between Prince Albert and points south as Highway 3 remains closed due to a collision.

RCMP say they are investigating a serious collision which will close the road for an undetermined amount of time.

According to information provided by Parkland Ambulance, they were dispatched to the scene at 12:10p.m.

Paramedics at the scene assessed several people but no one was transported to hospital for further care. Prince Albert RCMP continue to investigate the incident.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision, according to witnesses on the scene.
