Serving families during what is likely the most difficult time in their lives, providing customized care and personal touches, is never easy. For Paula, it is taking the time with families to learn about what is important to them, to their loved one, and then finding ways to make visions into reality. This ability to help people in their most challenging times has become a true passion.
Coming from and living in rural Saskatchewan her whole life, Paula knows the importance of caring for your neighbors, looking after one another and lending a helping hand. Paula joined Arbor in 2011 in Saskatoon as an administrator. She soon realized her true calling was in serving families and became a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer in 2013. She moved to Prince Albert and joined River Park Funeral Home in 2015. Paula currently serves at the newly acquired Gray’s Funeral Chapel since 2022 and has had the privilege to continue serving families and the community.
A little kindness goes a long way, and with years of experience to help guide even the most difficult challenges, Paula is honored to help families through each step of the process. Her experience, combined with her passion for providing exemplary service makes families feel instantly at ease and comfortable. Meeting individuals where they are at personally, and listening to each individuals needs ensures a family can say a meaningful goodbye. It has also been important to Paula, that families know all of their options, and are given the space to make informed decisions that are right for their own family. By treating everyone with respect and compassion, Paula has earned this well-deserved title of Best of the Best.
