2024 Cold Weather Resources List

The River Bank Development Corporation has developed a 2023 Cold Weather Resource list.

We are very excited to announce that starting today PAGC will have a mobile warm up bus that will circulate around the city to provide a light meal offering, and will transport people to emergency shelters.

In addition, we’ve added the Salvation Army’s warm up services that will continue to be open from 11 AM – 1 PM when temperatures reach -15.
