Rallies have been scheduled to take place across Saskatchewan on Tuesday during the one-day teacher’s strike.
The Saskatchewan Teachers Federation (STF) announced the temporary work stoppage last week, the first of what could be a large number of tactics used to stronghold the province at the bargaining table.
In total, 33 communities will see teachers hit the picket lines. This includes Prince Albert, North Battleford, Meadow Lake, Melfort, and La Ronge.
According to the STF, each of the rallies is expected to happen from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
