Snowfall warnings issued for much of central Saskatchewan
Winter has finally arrived in Saskatchewan.
Just before 3:30 p.m. Monday, Environment and Climate Change Canada issued snowfall warnings for a wide swath of central Saskatchewan.
The warnings covered areas including Saskatoon, Prince Albert, North Battleford, Humboldt, Kindersley and Melfort.
According to Environment Canada, an Alberta Clipper was expected to dump between 10 and 15 centimetres of snow on some areas until Wednesday afternoon.
