P.A. man dies, five others injured in vehicle collision near Tisdale

A car accident has claimed the life of a 57-year-old man from Prince Albert.

Around 2 p.m. on Sunday, an SUV and car collided on Highway 3 near Tisdale.

The man, who was driving the car and was the only one in the vehicle, was declared deceased by EMS at the scene.

Five people in the SUV were injured. The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries, while the four passengers were seriously hurt.

As a result, 36-year-old Brian McNab from Kinistin Saulteaux First Nation has been charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and bodily harm.

He was scheduled to appear in a Melfort provincial courtroom on Monday.

Meanwhile, RCMP continues to investigate the incident.
