No injuries reported after midtown fire

The cause of a weekend house fire in Prince Albert remains unknown.

On Saturday, at 2:28 p.m., the Prince Albert Fire Department responded to the 500 block of Fifth Street E.

On arrival, firefighters found a single family dwelling with fire coming from a rear porch and extending to the interior of the house.

The fire, which caused extensive damage to the structure, was extinguished by PAFD crews without incident.

There were no injuries reported. paNOW was advised by a member of the fire department there was no one living there.
