One man arrested after shooting incident on River Street West

A 26-year-old man has been arrested after a shooting incident in Prince Albert last month.

Police say that on Sept. 13, a fight broke out at a home in the 1000 Block of River Street West, where a gun was fired.

The suspects, described as two men on BMX-style bicycles fled the area.

On Oct. 5, around 10 a.m., police arrested a suspect in the incident at a home on the 800 Block of 14th Street West.

He has since been charged with a number of offences including discharging a firearm with intent, aggravated assault, breach of firearm prohibition, reckless discharge of a firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
