Mintos victorious in lone preseason game against Warman

The Prince Albert Mintos came out on top in their only preseason matchup on Saturday night, downing the Warman Wildcats 4-1 at the Art Hauser Centre.

Rookie Taite Donkin was named the home star of that match, scoring twice while fellow rookie Jordon Abrametz and returning Minto Van Taylor also lit the lamp. Raydr Wallington paved the way in the assist department, potting a pair while Teigan Semchyshen, William Chabot, and Taren Erhardt each had one.

Jack Janzen had the lone goal for the Wildcats as Jonah Marshall and Liam Bursaw collected the assists on the play.

Between the pipes for PA was Joshua Henry, who managed 36 saves to collect the win. On the opposite end of the ice, Riley Deck was in net for the Wildcats where he stopped 19 of the 23 shots he faced.
