Wakaw RCMP asking for help to find 90-year-old man

UPDATE: RCMP confirmed on Friday afternoon that Albert Lavallee has been found.

Wakaw RCMP are currently asking for the public’s assistance to help find a missing 90-year-old man.

Albert Lavallee was last seen in Cudworth around 1 p.m. on Thursday afternoon (Aug. 31).

He said that he planned to drive to a location north of Cudworth in his blue 1999 Chevrolet Silverado with Saskatchewan license plate 674-GGY.

Initial investigation has found that Lavallee never made it to his destination.

Lavallee stands five-foot-eight and weighs roughly 170 lbs, with grey hair and brown eyes.

Police have been working diligently to find him since he was reported missing, checking locations Lavallee is known to visit and following up on information they have received.

If you see Albert Lavallee or the blue 1999 Chevrolet Silverado, you are asked to contact Wakaw RCMP at 306-233-5810 or your local police service.
