Aug 30, 2023 | 3:11 PM

A man facing nearly two dozen sex-related charges involving minors, has entered a number of guilty pleas.

Brady Robin, 22, appeared by video when his case was discussed Wednesday afternoon at Prince Albert Provincial Court.

The 12 guilty pleas entered by Robin’s lawyer Christopher Koban included child luring by way of telecommunications, invitation to sexual touching, sexual assault, possession of child pornography. Robin was also charged with breaching a probation order that included a condition not to have contact with persons under the age of 16. All the remaining charges will be withdrawn by the Crown upon sentencing.

As per discussion heard in court, the offences occurred between Jan. 5, 2020 and June 24, 2022 and there was reference to two teenaged victims. Any further information identifying the victims cannot be published.

Robin was arrested on June 24, 2022 and charged after police received reports of a teen girl and a man having sexual contact online through social media.

A pre-sentence report that will take an extensive look at Robin’s background has been ordered. The case is back in court on Nov. 3. It’s not clear if sentencing will occur that day.
