Around four per cent of harvest complete in Saskatchewan
Harvest in Saskatchewan is already around four per cent complete.
That’s according to the province’s weekly crop report which explains this is ahead of both the five and 10-year averages.
Fall rye is currently the crop being harvested the most as 33 per cent of the province’s supply has been combined. Over 22 per cent of peas have been harvested, while 16 per cent of lentils have been combined.
Spring wheat, canaryseed, flax, canola, mustard, soybeans, and chickpeas are all under one per cent complete.
