Police on scene of incident on River Street West

UPDATE: Police have confirmed that traffic restrictions have been lifted for the 300 Block of River Street West as the incident has concluded.

Prince Albert police are on the scene of an incident on River Street West.

In a release to media Wednesday afternoon, Police said there is an increased presence in the 300 block of River Street West. Traffic restrictions are in place and residents are asked to avoid the area until further notice.

Officers have barricaded 12 Street W from Third Avenue West to Fourth Avenue West.
