Goats, pigs, and sheep help brighten P.A. seniors’ day
Those living at Prince Albert’s Points West Living retirement community got the chance to enjoy their afternoon with some farm animals.
Chuck Hawkins and Valerie MacDougall brought over several goats, pigs, and one sheep named William to brighten up the day for some who may not get opportunities to visit a farm on their own.
“The smiles that it generates, it’s priceless,” said Hawkins.
Despite the warm weather, those in the community were more than happy to spend time with the animals. For resident Gloria Hendricks, it was a chance to get some cute photos and videos.
