EASTER WEEKEND

What’s happening this Easter weekend in P.A.

Apr 7, 2023 | 9:00 AM

The Easter long weekend is finally here and if you find yourself stuck at home, there are a few opportunities to get out with the family.

Gateway Mall is hosting photos with the Easter Bunny on Friday and Saturday from 1-4 p.m.

A number of restaurants are also hosting Brunches including the Knotty Pine Bistro, Original Joes, Shenanigans, and Grainfields.

The Easter Brunch at Knotty Pine runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

As Easter marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ, churches in the area will be holding services on Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

Meanwhile, the City of Prince Albert offices will be closed on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

The Public Library will only be open on Saturday this weekend. However, they are planning a number of Easter Break movies for the coming week.

Peter Rabbit 2 will be shown at 2 p.m. on April 11th; Strange World at 2 p.m. on the 12th and Puss in Boots: The Last Wish at 2 p.m. on April 13th.
