Zdrill brings years of retail success to real estate industry

You may have known him as the ‘waterboy’ or the ‘lubeman’. Now Glenn Zdrill is adding ‘house hunter’ to his resume.

After successful ventures with B & P Water Shop and JiffyLube the local businessman and father of four is ready to apply his capabilities to the real estate industry.

“I’ve really been a jack of all trades having done so many different things in my life and I can bring knowledge from each of them to this new endeavour,” said Zdrill.

He believes the time he spent in the construction industry will be especially helpful to his clients.

“I know what to look for and I can help a client determine if the house they want is a good build and if they’re pricing their own property appropriately. I’m here to help guide them through every phase of a sale from scouting out properties to closing the deals.”

As a licensed realtor with RE/MAX P.A. Realty, Zdrill has the option to show any property on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database. He prides himself on understanding the market and current trends including property prices and the community.

“While the real estate industry is a little slow right now, I think Prince Albert is a prime example of a community on the verge of a boom. There are a lot of people really excited about some of the new builds and facilities happening including a pool and arenas and the reopening of the pulp mill.”

Although he is new to the industry as a professional real estate agent, Zdrill is not new to buying and selling properties, having owned a house in the city, an acreage, rental homes and a few businesses along the way.

Regardless of the task at hand, his priority continues to be putting his client’s needs first.

“I measure my success based on my client’s happiness. It’s not always about the profit margin. If my clients are satisfied, that’s the best reward I can get because I know they’ll come back to me in the future and they’ll send their friends and family my way as well,” he said.
