FSIN appeals for information in search for missing man

The Federation of Sovereign Indigenous Nations (FSIN) is appealing for help to find a man who was reported missing to police on Jan. 8.

Dwight Whitehead, 32, was last seen by his friends on New Year’s Eve around 2 a.m. He was last seen walking away from the Comfort Inn hotel at 3863 Second Avenue in Prince Albert.

Whitehead’s family has been searching for him since, along with the Prince Albert Police Service.

Whitehead was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and a hat. He did not have a winter jacket or a cellphone at the time.
