The ninth and final suspect in the death of Megan Gallagher has been arrested by Saskatoon Police.

Summer Sky Henry, 24, was found and taken into custody on Wednesday on a charge of first-degree murder.

Henry is also facing unrelated charges of robbery, unlawful confinement, several weapons charges, a charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking, aggravated assault, and robbery with violence. In addition, she was wanted by Saskatoon Police and the RCMP for failing to comply with release orders.

Henry was the only person of the nine people accused of killing Gallagher who had not been found by law enforcement.

Gallagher, who had strong connections with Cumberland House, was reported missing from Saskatoon in Sept. 2020.

Her body was found in the river near St. Louis this past fall.

Robert Thomas, Cheyann Peeteetuce, and Robert Sutherland are also charged with the first-degree murder of Gallagher.

Five other people are facing lesser charges such as unlawful confinement, aggravated assault, and committing an indignity to human remains.
