RCMP investigating fatal collision near Tisdale

A 62-year-old man has died following a collision in the RM of Connaught.

RCMP responded to a collision on Tuesday morning around 10:00 on Highway 35 south of the junction with Highway 335.

Officers determined that two pick-up trucks collided. The driver of one of the trucks, a man from Aylsham, was declared deceased at the scene.

The driver and passenger of the other pick-up truck were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Highway 35 was closed for some time as emergency crews attended the scene and RCMP investigated.
