UPDATE: Power has been lost for residents across the city and nearby communities.

The latest map from SaskPower should outages as far south as outside MacDowell.

A pickup truck hit a pole which knocked out power to many residents on the west side of the city.

SaskPower has since been dispatched to the area to fix the outage. It’s estimated that power could be testored by 9:30pm.
