Missing man last seen on highway near Bear Creek

UPDATE: On Nov. 22, RCMP confirmed that Bartholomew Herman had been located deceased

Bartholomew Herman, who also goes by Bart or Moon, was last seen walking on the highway on November 16 at about 7:20 pm.

The police are trying to find him out of worry for his well-being.

Herman is a 47-year-old Indigenous man with medium build, weighs about 175 pounds and is 5-feet-7-inches tall, and has black hair and brown eyes.

When last seen, he was wearing a black jacket and black pants with winter books.

He has connections to Dillon, Buffalo Narrows, Turnor Lake, Bear Creek, and La Loche. He may have been to one of these areas.
