Sask. RCMP investigating ‘suspicious death’ in Weyakwin

Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit is investigating the “suspicious death” of 33-year-old Kenneth Henderson, and is asking for the public’s assistance.

Henderson was found deceased on Tuesday near a boat launch area in Weyakwin, on the west side of Montreal Lake.

Investigators have determined the death suspicious and are asking anybody to report suspicious activity in Weyakwin and around the boat launch from Nov. 8 to Nov. 15.

If a member of the public has information to report to investigators, they can call their nearest RCMP detachment or police service, or call 310-RCMP. You can also report information anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Members of the Saskatchewan RCMP Major Crimes Unit continue to investigate with the assistance of Saskatchewan RCMP Forensic Identification Services and in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Service.
