Around 2,500 students expected to take part in returning job fair
A popular job fair is returning to Prince Albert for the first time in three years.
The Opening Doors to Tomorrow Career and Job Fair is taking place at the Prince Albert Exhibition Centre on Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Around 2,500 students from P.A. and area schools will get the chance to connect with and learn more about post-secondary institutions, government agencies, private businesses, and non-profit organizations.
“It allows students to compare different employment options and explore a wide range of post-secondary education opportunities,” committee chair Patricia Bibby said. “Our unique hands-on displays at the career fair allow students to physically see and ‘try on’ a career.”
