The Prince Albert Sharks Swim Club offers training and practice groups for swimmers of all ages and ability levels. It is the goal of the Prince Albert Sharks to offer age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of their abilities.
The Prince Albert Sharks Swim Club is inviting swimmers from 6 years of age to adults to join
our all season indoor swim club.
We have two streams of athletics:
1. A fun fitness and development program aimed at those who are interested in swimming
year-round and improving stroke techniques under the guidance of Swim Sask certified
coaches, and;
2. A competitive stream for those looking to hone their skills under the guidance our
internationally qualified head coach, and compete in regional, provincial, and even national
swim meets. Our season runs September to June, with one to eight practices per week.
SWIM SQUADS
- Nippers 1-2 X/ week Swimmers with Lifesaving Society (swimmer 1) or equivalent who are
comfortable floating front and back and confident in all depths. - Cadets 3 X/ week Swimmers ready to focus on new swimming skills through fun group
activities, drills, and games. - Jr. Masters 1-2 X/ week Swimmers aged 11 to 17 who are interested in staying in shape and
learning new skills. - Hammerheads 3 X/ week and Hammer Heads Plus 4 X/ week Swimmers aged 9 to 12 who
are interested in competing at regionally sanctioned competitions at a novice to intermediate
level. - Tiger Sharks 5 X/ week and Tiger Sharks plus 6 X/ week Swimmers who are interested in
improving their personal bests in regional meets. - Great Whites 8 X/ week Swimmers aged 13 to 18 who are interested in competing at the top
level in Saskatchewan, Western Canada, or National meets. - Masters 1-3 X/ week Swimmers aged 19+ who are interested in achieving personal goals in
the pool or open water Year round registration.
