Duane Braaten

Growing up, it was important for Duane to stay and work locally as his family has been active in Prince Albert and Birch Hills businesses since 1902. Starting in 1974 by building homes then progressing to selling, Duane proudly continues this legacy of business and community involvement. Since 1998, he has owned and operated Advantage Real Estate Services Inc as a successful, independent, local brokerage firm. In 2000, Duane Braaten earned his Professional Appraiser Designation (AACI, P. App) and in 2015 was awarded the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). Leanne Braaten began her real estate career in Alberta in 1999, Leanne joined Advantage Real Estate in 2004.
