U13AA Royals set to host ‘Provincial Tune-up tournament’

The U13AA Prince Albert Royals will be hosting a tournament this weekend in preparation for the U13AA Tier 1 Provincials.

The tournament will consist of six teams from around central Saskatchewan with games being played at the Crescent Acres Ball Park. The tournament will start at 4:00 Friday afternoon where it will be the Royals taking on the Saskatoon Yellow Jacket A’s.

Among them competing will be the Saskatoon Cardinal Hitmen, Nipawin Giants, Saskatoon Braves, and Humboldt Dodgers.

The championship is scheduled for Sunday at 12:30.

The Royals will make the trip to Maidstone for the U13AA Tier 1 Provincials next weekend.
