A major intersection in Prince Albert will be affected by overnight work as crews flush sewer lines.

From July 8 through the 10, crews will be working at the intersection of 6 Ave and 15 Street E near Superstore. The work will be done from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. on all days.

Between those hours, drivers can expect limited access to the road, lane restrictions, barricades to merge traffic, and full slow down of the road ramps crossing the road to protect the water pipes.

The city of P.A. said a second location for overnight sewer flushing will be announced next week.

Road crews are still working on water and sewer line replacements and road construction on 6 Ave E between 21 and 23 Street. That’s expected to wrap up by Aug. 16.
