Why was this Sask. principal camping out on the roof of his school?
The principal of Christopher Lake Public School challenged his students and his student rose to the challenge. Therefore, he had to rise to the roof of the school.
Dejan Letkeman gave a challenge to students at last weekend’s Colour Me Fun Run that they could raise $10,000. If successful, he would camp out for one day on the roof of the school. In the end, Letkeman set up his tent.
“I set up the tent yesterday afternoon (Monday), I waved the buses off from the roof at the end of day yesterday and then I spent the evening and the night on the roof.”
Overall, he said it was a fun experience, despite overnight temperatures dropping to about five degrees.
