Jun 1, 2022 | 5:00 PM

A man from James Smith is among three people who have warrants out for their arrest in connection with a death several years ago.

John Wayne Sanderson, 44, is wanted for the crime of committing an indignity to human remains.

Roderick William Sutherland, 44, and Jessica Sutherland, 42, both with no known addresses are also wanted on similar charges.

A fourth man has been arrested and is also charged with committing an indignity to human remains but police have not named the 41-year-old yet. His first court appearance is tomorrow morning.

All the charges are in connection with the disappearance and death of Megan Gallagher, 30, in Saskatoon.

Gallagher was reported missing in Saskatoon and last seen on Sept. 20, 2020, but her phone was used the next day to call a taxi from a convenience store.

A recording of the call is available on the SPS Twitter and Facebok pages.

Police began investigating her case as a homicide in January 2021.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Saskatoon Police at 306-975-8300 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
