Mobile home at Emma Lake consumed by fire

The cause of an early morning fire at the Ambrose Trailer Park in Emma Lake is under investigation.

Just before 1 a.m., the Lakeland Fire Department responded, and arrived on scene to see a fully involved mobile home on fire.

Crews worked to knock down the fire and were able to limit extension to nearby trailers on both sides.

Fortunately all occupants were out of the building and there were no injuries to report. The one unit was a total loss, and a unit adjacent to the fire suffered minor heat damage.
