Apr 18, 2022 | 12:36 AM

From city cafes and pubs to small town bars and private functions, Nathan Davis entertains audiences with songs of his own and revisiting carefully selected covers. The Regina-born singer-songwriter started playing guitar at the age of nine and was composing songs at age eleven.

Living on land near Fort Qu’Appelle, he spent countless hours near the radio his father had always turned on, scratching and playing by ear. He made his first public appearance in 2006 on the CKRM Big Country Talent Show, again in 2007 and 2010. Performing alongside artists such as Tenille Arts, Jess Moskaluke, Chris Henderson, Blake Berglund, JJ Voss and Alex Runions.

In 2009, Davis placed as a finalist in Moose Jaw Idol. Granting him a spot to perform at the city’s carnival-fair. Continuing his studies, Nathan took a break from the music scene to obtain his red-seal journeyman electrician license.

Near the end of 2017, he embarked on a musical journey performing over 30 solo shows. In 2018, Davis joined SaskMusic and the Saskatchewan Country Music Association to further his career. At the end of 2019 he made his studio debut and is now making what he has been perfecting for years.

After releasing his debut single “Kick Back And Relax” and the next “Everything to Me” Davis will be putting out his third single titled “The Habit” come spring. The three singles are part of a six track EP which will be released in the summer of 2022.
