Masons donate to hospice

The Rose Garden Hospice got $3,230.75 richer today thanks to the Prince Albert Mason’s Lodge.

Lodge member Rick Galloway said it was important for members to support the hospice.

“We felt that this was a very worthwhile project to support those that have challenges with cancer,” said Galloway.

The 75 or so members of the Lodge got together to raise some funds, which they did by direct donations and by having some activities as fundraisers.

The Prince Albert chapter of the Mason’s Lodge has been active in the community since 1879.
