Saskatchewan has been a colder than normal winter

MELFORT, Sask. – If it feels like it has been a long, cold, and snowy winter Environment Canada has the statistics to back that up.

Meteorologist Terri Lang compiled the February data along with the three month combined totals for December, January, and February.
